01 · The practice
Muay Thai.
Thai pad work, clinch, and conditioning with credentialed trainers. Built for the curious beginner and the serious returnee alike.

The work
EIGHT LIMBS. ONE FOCUS.
Muay Thai at Elevate isn't a gym class with Thai music. It's the real article — daily one-on-one or pairs work with trainers who've spent decades in the ring and at camp.
Sessions move through skipping, shadow, technique, pad work, clinch, and conditioning. Volume and intensity scale to your level, not a curriculum. First-timers learn stance and balance; returning fighters drill the gaps in their game.
Mornings are when the body wants to work and the air is cooling. Evenings are when the ring fills with the day's lessons. Most guests do both.
A day, roughly
TYPICAL TRAINING DAY.
06:30
Skip + Shadow
Twenty minutes to wake up the system. Outdoors on the deck when it's dry.
07:00
Technique
Round-by-round work on a single technique — long teep, lead kick, southpaw shift.
07:45
Pads + Bag
Five-round pad work, trainer-led. Two rounds heavy bag, intervals.
09:00
Mobility + Recovery
Sauna, cold plunge, mobility flow. The training only works if recovery works.
17:00
Clinch
Knees, elbows, off-balancing. The chess match of the sport.
18:00
Sparring (optional)
Light technical only — your call, never required.
