Really enjoyed my time at Elevate Fitness and Retreat. The open-air gym was my favorite part — spacious, breezy, and surrounded by nature. Working out there felt relaxing instead of stressful, and the whole place had such a calm and refreshing vibe. Definitely a nice place to slow down, move your body, and recharge for a bit.

Due to severe office syndrome, I was suffering from constant pain in my back, shoulders, neck, legs, and core muscles. I was recommended to train with Coach James, who designed personalized programs specifically to help with these problems. During the COVID-19 period, I continued training online with him, which helped relieve my pain while also improving my muscle strength and cardio fitness. Even after returning to normal life, I still continue both onsite and online training because it has been far more beneficial for me than spending money on repeated doctor visits and rehabilitation treatments. Thanks to his coaching, I now have better health, feel stronger, and look better for my age. I highly recommend Coach James to anyone dealing with office syndrome or looking to improve their overall fitness and wellbeing.

I’ve just had a brilliant weekend at Elevate Khao Yai. The accommodation and hospitality were excellent, with amazing food and set in stunning surroundings. The fitness facilities are modern and well-equipped, and Coach James is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. He led a great range of workouts, including some beautiful mountain hikes to start each day. Highly recommend!

I can’t rate Elevate Khaoyai H&W Retreat highly enough. We went for a weekend, but will be back for a long weekend or even a week later in the year for sure. The retreat is at the top of a hill over 600m above sea level. The first class gym set up sits in a chilled natural bush setting. Over the weekend with professional coach and trainer James and his team, we got through Muay Thai, Yoga, HIIT and Functional Strength Training classes. They really know their stuff and make sure your technique is safe and effective. Another highlight for us was the delicious home cooked Thai food throughout our stay, and their cosy villa style partner hotel we stayed at just down the hill. 💯 recommend!
